 Thanks everyone for the votes and comments. This is a blend of two images to fix some highlights in the city skyline. I had first thought of this location about 4 years ago, when I saw a mural in the mission with this view. To get to this location, I pretty much followed BrennanOB's directions on this image. If you go make sure to wear solid hiking boots. Thank you again.

I didn't have the file in front of me so I had guessed the settings. :P Real settings were as follows.
ISO 200, f/7.1, 61 seconds. I used a remote shutter release and a stopwatch on my phone for the long exposure. The second image was 6 seconds long for the brightest lights. I believe I had a circular polarizer on the lens. No other filters.

I've tried a couple of times to get to this spot of the Bay Bridge but could never figure out how to. I'll need to try again the next time I'm up there.
