Never should have entered this shot. Probably a little boring to most even though I liked the idea and composition. It's no where near as sharp as it should have been and I have others I processed that were much better. I actually think I might have uploaded the wrong version as I process a few than select the one that I feel works the best. Once it was in the challenge I realized how bad it looked on DPC. Oh, we live and learn!

Regarding this entry, I have actually decided not to enter the Nov FS since I really dont have a good photo until sa changed my mind the last minute. I rushed the PP and everything...
After this one, I decided not to enter any challenge unless I have something decent, with some effort. |

One of my worst choices.. stepped way out of the box on this one and nearly fell on my head in the process.

I had five entries score less than this one but I like this one the least. My lowest scoring entry of the year remains one of my favorites of the year. |

What a bad year -- this was my worst score 4.08
At least I didn't score any threes, unfortunately, no browns either. If I am bad should I at least try to be really bad?
No chance of a big ego boost here though.

SCORE: 4.9. My lowest in 2009. Sadly I was DNMC'ed mostly because voters didn't look at the image long enough to see that the photographer (me) was indeed in the image. The title should have prompted them to look a little closer. I have to admit that I was disappointed but it is in the end my fault for not making it more obvious AND because it may have been a showhorn since the focus was on the model and not on the photog according to the challenge description.

And without colour to add to the damage..
Although colour isn't much of an improvement.

You sure you really want to see these. Well, these are my crappy shots from 2009. All scored higher than my current Best of 2009 shot.
