I'm excited!, I haven't entered any challenges for 10 months and I've just put one in. And I'm going to sit down and vote on all of them tonight, and comment on as many as I can.

Considering getting my membership back just so I can have an update button!

This is definitely one of my best shots. PLEASE DON'T KILL IT!

"Tonight"? Even allowing you the leeway of calling it "night" until the sun rises, that's a hell of a task... Good luck!

I'm ready to vote. Good luck to everyone!

This is only the 4th challenge I've entered since July of last year - and the 1st since December. I did renew my membership this month though and hope to become more active again. This is such a wonderful site & community. I miss the participation, camaraderie, learning, and inspiration. I'm gonna try to vote on all entries and can't wait to see all that is submitted!

Thank you Langdon, SC, & DPC members!

Agreed - esp as some of us still have dial-up, but I would love to vote and do some commenting. You have any idea how sore a girl's arm can get turning the hand-crank on the side of the computer?!

Get one of your male friends to do the cranking -they're used to that type of repetitive motion... :)

hahahaha! My one and only and new bf is a farrier and insanely strong. he can do it. :-)

I'm in. This will be fun. 1,033...that's about 150 per day and counting. I'm hoping that I beat my PB with my submittal. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Okay, for better or worse, I'm in. I got really depressed, going back through everything. Maybe it's the new lcd monitor, but I'm now seeing horrendous amounts of noise in shots that I thought looked great a couple years ago. And my non-existant filing system did NOT make browsing easy! (Gotta get on that.)
I edited... I re-edited...I started editing and gave up...over and over ad nauseum. I finally ended up pulling one out of my portfolio that very few had looked at. It suffers from the size restrictions though, so I don't expect a great score. Ah well, this one's all in the great DPC spirit, right? :)
*sigh....*

I hear you, BeeCee! I'm now home on my laptop, where photos appear smaller, and my entry suddenly seems so weak. I'm tempted to tweak it but worried it may look overdone on another (better) monitor. Ack.

And SJCarter, welcome back! I wondered just earlier this week where you were.

I have officially already gotten upset with my score for this challenge. Over 1000 entries...I have a hard time staying in the top 50% when there are only 100 entries...there is no way i'm going to do well in a challenge like this. And I didn't even enter my best shot (I have no clue which one is my best shot!). I'm stressed...someone pass me the Whiskey!
