I doubt that - the folks who have the really high scores usually don't tell anyone, less they jinx themselves |

seriously. i really, really like my image. i thought it would do much better, but i guess that everyone posting are having the same issues. does anyone know a "record" of some sort of how far a jump (up or down) the beginning scores differ from the final scores? just curious. |

Try one of these score tracking spreadsheets. I use the one linked to by  Hawkeyelonewolf and it has a nice graph that may show you what you want. |

I just did an initial round of voting. Unless all the people in this thread are the ones with the lousy entries, I saw some creative stuff and so far my average vote given is a touch higher than normal. I only gave out a couple of exceptionally low votes, but I also left comments on them. Lots of 6+ votes from me.

You have commented on 17 images (10%) in this challenge.
You have given an average score of 6.0556.
I think I have an idea as to why we are seeing all the low votes. A topic like this, or the sister inside-out challenge, encourages odd and unusual entries. Not all people like the odd stuff. I happen to love it.

Still no comments neither but I think I know what the problem is. People think I've made a certain editing mistake when in fact, I barely did any editing and the 'flawed' look was how my subject looked when I shot it. Ah well, if I break 5 by rollover I'll be Ok with it.

Well, I didn't get one from you, so yours must be one of my few decent votes. I can't believe so much low voting on what I think is a mid-pack quality shot. My choice of subject and approach to it must not appeal to many. |

5.48 is a reasonable score.... but in this challenge it seems to be a great score ;) |
