I'm down 1 whole pound....lol But I'll take it and plan to do much better this next week!

I'm down 1.5 lbs--happy enough with that. But not sure it's real weight loss or fluctuation. I'll believe it to be real if it goes down "from there" next week too.

I'm down only 1 pound, but I've had steak twice this week and beer and pizza last night.
(It's been a VERY stressful week...will end next Thursday!) Congrats to all you "losers" out there!!! :)

Just a little something to track our progress

Weight Loss TD

If you would like for me to keep track of our progress it would help me keep it accurate if you will post your progress similar to this each week:


04/02/2008 287.4 lbs
04/09/2008 285.0 lbs -1.4 lbs

And each week list what you have lost for that week. The chart will total up each week for you.

I hope everyone didn't mind me posting a chart. I just though it would help put things in perspective.

Hey, cool! You should make the maximum on the x-axis lower, so our bars look longer, though. ;-) Total Skinny-Up could just be a number, as it will really overshadow our individual bars soon. :-)

I've only lost .2 ounces this week. I've been eating well and taking all my vitamins but I've felt like crap since tuesday and have thus been a couch potato since then but I should hopefully feel better and more active soon.

OK, just back home from MARS photography school (had a great time, as usual!) where I didn't sleep much, and didn't eat right; soooo..I'm only down by 1/2 lb, but that will do for now.

OK this week has not been a good week for me all I will say is that I gained weight! I have various excuses but in the end I have gained not sure how you will show that in your chart Scott!

1.0 Lb.

I wasn't sure I'd lost anything......I have been going to the gym regularly, and though the weight hasn't been coming off the way it has in the past, I can genuinely feel my body changing from fat to a more toned self.

That has a tremendous effect on the way I feel both physically and mentally.

Just an aside.....when I hit 260, I will have lost 100 pounds.

I'm gonna go nuts and eat a cheese crouton!......8>)

You CAN do it!

It's the information age, and you don't need anything other than your ability to acknowledge, and stick to your commitment.

No plans, no regimen.

Just eat less, and try not to eat what you know isn't good for you.

Make it all about you, take the time to go to the grocery store and buy things that you can make that will inspire you to eat better.

Do it small steps at a time, and watch the progress over a l-o-n-g period....do NOT get discouraged about any lack of progress over the short haul.

Before you know it, you'll discover that committing to yourse;lf is what makes the difference and the way you feel will validate your efforts.

I never would have believed a year ago that I could do this.....and here I am, and feeling better than I have in years.

I'm going rollerskating with my daughter tonite......been a LONG time since I was in good enough physical condition to do that!!!!

Keep up the good work, people!

Just being here another week is good.

Not sick this week loosing weight is much harder when my apitite is back :) still a loss is a loss :)

I gained two of it back this week. Was to be expected, though I won't go into details here. Next week should start the downward trend again. :)

okay got to weigh myself today. I must have lost something, I swear I walked at least 30 miles whilst in NY and going up and down those steps.

A Tip on How To be able to walk 30 miles in NY.

Get lost every day looking for Friggin B&H adn FAO toy store.

WHich I might add. I DID NOT FIND

I didn't lose any this week, but I also didn't gain any! I suppose I should be happy about that!?
