Wow - glad the damage to you wasn't extensive, sorry about the car and the experience! Hope you are comfortable at least and feel better soon!

Glad you are still vertical & I hope they gave you some nice painkillers (& that everyone else is OK, too). Sorry about your car. [eta] Hope your camera gear survived the crash, too! Judy--Hope you recover quickly. Glad it was only minor injuries to you. And you get a new car out of the deal :)
Here's one I held back because of the running bike challenge.

Be a good girl now & let that wrist heal ! How scary , so glad you are OK- as my Gramma used to say, "It was'nt your time dear"- always makes me think when we have close calls....

What happens when I take a picture in low light conditions, toooooo far away for flash, and get home and it's blurry. Ah well, it was fun to play with.
Take it easy and let things heal Judy! That's about the best thing that you can do. I'm a claims adjuster in real life, so I see this sort of thing pretty regular. Course it's different being the one in the car, as I'm sure you know! Glad to hear that you're relatively OK, and best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Judy is held dear to our heart by many of us out there in Internetland... She's given so much to this community over the last four years (I mean 34,000+ comments??? C'mon!). As [user]Louis[/user] so adequately stated, Judy is someone of the DPC community to be recognized for her grace and generosity - not to mention her skill with a camera...
She's lucky to only be banged/bruised up and have a broken wrist, yet she's still trying to leave comments for us during her own tribulations. I know that I don't have that kind of stamina or dedication. Anyway, I just felt that I needed to say that. No doubt that Judy has helped me on my journey, and no doubt she has helped a number of you out there too. So, let's rock the house for  Jutilda! She's the best and we wish her the best!
I can't wait to meet this wonderful person - how about you?

OMG .. i cant imagine this site without you if your head-on had had a different outcome .. thank god you're ok .. i often worry that if i had an accident that my camera would get damaged .. i put it on the floor so that if there's any fast de-acceleration or stopping it wont go flying thru the air at speed to crash into a part of the car ..
all i can say is that 'someone' up there loves you .. a head-on at speed isnt something ppl usually get out of so lightly .. big hugs to you judy .. carefully of course so i dont hurt your poor bruised body .. get well soon .. :)xx
