The Tina/butterfly head shot is a classic.

Not the most beautiful subject on anyone's nature agenda, but Steve got this incredibly rare, endangered California Condor shot in the wild.
And for him, the bird sat on a bridge and posed.
Now, that's nature photography!

Save for the giant copyright, the colors are stunning.
EDIT -- One strange thing...while looking at Steve's profile, I looked at comments on his photos. There were two comments (and favorites!) on a photo that is mine. He had made some edits to help me out in this thread: //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=412958&highlight=horizon&page=3.
He has as many favorites on my photo as I have on it! Not mad about it, I just think it's funny.
