John,
I responded to your email and told you that I had sent you the second form via US Mail, and I asked if you had received it. I didn't hear back from you, so I assumed you either received it or had just sent the email to all the participants. I̢۪ll print the form out, photograph it, and email it to you ASAP. You should have it by tomorrow night. This will be the third time though. I hope it works like a charm. :)

I haven't received it as of today... I'll keep my eyes open for it...

I'll email you another one, just in case. But, only if I can manage to get a truely emotive capture of the form. I think it might make an exceptional subject for B&W conversion. I'll do my best.

I need a huge favour from somebody in this project.
Could somebody please email me the new release form in the next minute or two? Please!!
My printer at home isn't working and I don't have access to the release form here at work.

Just emailed you a photo of the form. Sorry for the delay but I assumed the one I mailed to you had made it. I'm also placing the original in the mail today, just in case the photo version doesn't work for some reason. Please let me know if you received the emailed version.

I'm down to the last two forms. I sent out an email with the form attached to one of them just a few minutes ago.
Doctornick won't be back for two weeks. I emailed him the form several days before he left and never got a response. Should we wait on him to return or should I give his letter to someone else who can produce the photos and the form quickly?

Noone wants to replace him but it might be a week after he gets back or more. He isn't even a replacement, he has had a long time. The deadline was clear 2-14(2 weeks from 2-1).
Is there someone who can call him or let him know whats up? Maybe put out the notice he has untill his replacement comes up with the photos? I guess the world doesn't end if you dont replace him. I'm ok with either way I supose.

If Doctornick signed the original release form, I belive we should give him the time to sign the new one, If this was not originally forthcomming, then let it be a race between the new and old J's

If he sent in the original form, and then sent in a replacement photo, I think you should really consider that an adequate release. I don't think not having the list of names or whatever the change was is that big a deal legally.
If you are using an "old" photo, but simply waiting on a new release form, I guess using a replacement would be OK, but ultimately disappointing to Doctornick, who probably plans to download the completed images upon return. |

I don't have any form of any kind from him. He didn't send in the original form either. I sent him multiple requests for the form before he left and didn't receive one. The last note I got from him stated that he would be out of town for two week without access to a computer. At that time, I asked him to get the release in before he left and it didn't happen. I sent him an email today notifying him that I would be replacing him in the project. His photos were completed well before the deadline... I just wasn't able to get a release form from him.
crabAPPL3 (Danny Shaw) will be picking up the J entry.
