That is ot what I meant........You find out about the person and it would be possible to find out where he might run. However I am watching this "attack on the boat" currently

Yeah, your #4 would be my #5, I guess. My wife works with people with with 'acquired brain injuries', which in some cases means previously schizophrenic people, who can be dangerous. She unloads on me me nightly, some people are just crazy.

I am glad they have stated that they have caught the guy. I am glad he is alive.....He may be able to implicate some people. He will end up getting the death penalty (If Mass still has the death penalty) If Mass doesnt have the death penalty send him down south and we will take care of him.

first we need a long, very long trial.. and his family will be brought to US at taxpayers expense, so they can be close, and comfort him...and stuff.
than we need a couple movies made about his childhood, and countless documentaries related and unrelated to the events....and movies about legal teams and how they had to prepare...and than more bull... and than we will find out it was not his fault, and we need to have understanding for his problems.
and at the end WE will be informed every time he is not happy with the meal he gets served in his room...and about all the rights that are taken away from him....

Stop being dramatic. If you don't have empathy for him, that's fine. But don't cry that the rules are being followed. Everyone has the right to a fair trial, whether or not we already 'know' the truth.
If you are so confident that you've got the right man, then you should have no problem going through the steps to make sure that everything is done properly. When people aren't willing to follow the process, it tells me that they are willing to let emotions rule them, rather than the law, and that's not the kind of society that I want to live in. |

just out of curiosity , are you a lawyer?
I believe in fair and speedy trial....but over the years, all I'v seen in cases like this ( many examples) is bull.
