Last Jan, one of my friends was giving a talk about logging history at the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. He got us permission to be on the boardwalk at night so that I could shoot photos of the sunset and star field over the trees.
Long story short, they are beginning a new adventure having evening programs, so they submitted their PR article to the paper with several of the photos. The editor saw them and chose one for a full page spread. Great for the Sanctuary, and a big perk for me.
