Welcome to this week's "Member of the Week" post. Every week I will post the name of a member and a link to their profile. This will be our Member of the Week. Go have a look at their profile page and/or portfolio. Enjoy their photos, leave some comments and most of all post one or two of their photos in this thread so others can see them and enjoy them. If you like you can also write a little blurb saying why you enjoy this member's photos.

This week's Member of the Week is scarbrd. And here are a couple of his photos.

I've been a big fan since I've found this site, and I'm now most envious of all the wonderful things he's been able to put in front of his glass. Some of the better photographers here you can place by geographic location, but he's all over, and he'll drop an amazing photo in your lap from anywhere. He hasn't mastered a locale, he's perfected his eye, and for that he can produce amazing photos wherever he is.

- Kongsberg in winter

This was out first photo outing together, 10 freakin' years ago, and this awesome shot sent me down this ridiculous path of photography.

That still holds the title of best environmental portrait on this site.

ETA: Umm no offense to you Bear *notices the entry that finished just ahead of this one in the challenge* :P
