Well, got my RAW files in for validation. Wondering if images are chosen randomly? Or only if someone suspects a rules violation?

*scratching head* Well, seeing the whole point of this challenge is to capture the image of a completely imaginary being, and to use as many images and PS as possible...how on earth can anyone suspect a rules violation?! Ah well, be interesting to see what happens.

I think the last expert editing challenge was Rejected Movie Poster and there is only one DQ listed and it didn't happen until after the results were already posted.

The only two possible grounds for invalidation that I can think of are for photos taken outside the date range or for a photo of preexisting artwork being passed off as the original thing. I think there have already been four DQs, though, but at least one of them was a self-DQ.

I believe DQs during voting (or self DQs) don't show in the list after DQ... I think.

Just re-read the rules and that's my conclusion, too, but I am responsible for all 3 images. I guess it would be a backhanded compliment if that were the case! :-)

I'm pretty pleased about how well mine is being received. It did hit 7.0000 for the duration of one vote at around 30 votes; it's been in decline since then but I guess it won't move too much from its current score now.

My score well take the age of Methusulah divide it my the answer to Life, the Universe, & Everything then slash that in half by an imaginary/mythical number and again divide it by 42 you GET!!! ....

Now I can breathe more easily. For a while there, I couldn't remember if what I entered was actually a photo or not.

about 4.79 average, and I didn't expect anything above a 5 so no worries there. Amazed though that I got some great comments and even a fav pic! Thanks!

My my, I will have to do more commenting .. to bring some positive energy to this challenge - so expect me to pick the most obvious mythical creatures and praise them!

I have some interesting comments that crack me up .. it's not real (some) people! I can't make it look real.

But I love your comments because you took the time to make them.. well, maybe not all hehehehe
