Is commenting now compulsory for Registered Users? I tried to vote on FS (some great images there) but I cannot. It forces me to comment and then goes to the next comment without a chance to vote, I don't think I would like to comment 100% on all challenges, what about a 20% quota? You comment on 20% and vote on 100% if you want to.

You can comment on as many or as few as you like, you just can't vote on them. |

I didn't know that! I assume it is to stop crooks voting using multiple accounts? If not what is the rationale for this? |

Old adage: In WET or DRY there are less votes than participants.
But please don't mark now down! There are great images in that challenge
