DPC lost a wonderful member Feb 13th, 2014 and it seems like just yesterday. Most of us never had the privilage of meeting docpjv but Peter made us all feel like we had. I am thankful for "meeting" Peter here. Holding out my hand to say thank you Peter, you are still in our hearts.

Oh my!! It's been a year?? Unbelievable...

What a journey he had. How blessed we were to share part of that journey.

Peter is surely missed by the DPC community... hard to believe it has been a year already.

So was I. And I suspect we are not alone.

Time is a fickle thing. Our memories usually exceed the time elapsed when viewing in retrospect. If you keep someone alive in your heart they will always be alive. If you keep someone's spirit relevant, they will never be forgotten.

A year...can it be? :-( Peter was a great soul with such strengths and heart that inspired everyone he touched. You are missed.

I wish I could have gotten to know him, he was gone just before I joined, I am so sorry, it is great for him to be remembered like this.
Knowing someone touched all of you makes it more special and emotional

His portfolio is very special and it is good to know its still avaialable for those that did know him, his photos just seems to speak special emotion and what talent he had.

These were my favorites from his portfolio

Was thinking of him recently given the "best of" challenge that we just had and that is about to start for voting... He was the best of a lot of things, possessing a strength of will that not many can match.
If there is anything beyond the veil, I'm sure he's made it better already.

Had the same thought when seeing this thread. What ever happened with the idea to create a gallery for members who are not longer with us?

Peter was awesome. An awesomely courageous man with such strength of character. Consciously, I am surprised that it is a year already but as another one who was just thinking of him the other day, I wonder if we possess subconscious calendars?
