Photo 3 - I'm sick and uninspired. It's just a flu, but it's kicking my ass. I tried to tough it out at work from Mon-Wed, but Wednesday was torture. I've called in the last two days and just laid on my couch in a snotty daze. Today is the first day I've even sat at my desk longer than to email my boss that I wasn't coming in. I'm going back to my couch after I email this to my boss. Oh, woe is me, heh.
Edit to add another I just took after an hour. Had to reply to boss's email:
"It was nice knowing you Michelleâ€Â¦. I have known too many people who couldn’t come back after hitting the 100.6 degree markâ€Â¦.. Good heavens, what if you hit 101?"

This is a hebe in the front rockery getting slowly strangled by a blackberry. Blackberries are the only things that have really thrived in the garden in the last eighteen months. |
