Wow i finally got a posthumous ribbon as i usually really appreciate the shots he chooses it means even more, so a big thanks to you posthumous & another to  tanguera for the best comment ever.
Now i just have to work out how to get the ribbon on my front page, any tips?. |

Thanks for the recognition, Don. I was quite surprised at how well that was received.
Since you did one of each this time, I'm curious. How do you decide if you are giving the hand awards or just art gallery hangings for a given challenge? My assumption would be an art gallery is good, but not as high a level of praise as a hand.

I only give ribbons if I can rank the images. Whenever I have a tie, I use the gallery. If you see ribbons and gallery in the same challenge, then yes, I'm ranking the ribbons above the gallery (for whatever that's worth), but it's all about love. |

It's a virtual gallery. Just check this forum thread after each challenge to see what has been added to it.
