Well thanks for posting because I need something to keep me busy when I get home from work at 4am! I think I'm going to call my next portrait "dpc induced insomnia" I was up til 7 am last night commenting on yalls stuff and browsing. Seriously, look at the times I posted. No I'm not in China yet, just good ol' Central time :D
ETA: yes I thought about shooting my belated portraits during these hours, but I am enslaved to the sun. Though I guess there was sunrise...darn

Another environmental port... Lightroom 2 multi-monitor support is way cool on a 22" and a 37".
Natural light from my right, 580EXII bounce off Wall on my left. |

Day 9 - Shine Down (take your pick the band or the song by Godsmack)
Today was our monthly Group shoot for the San Diego Digital Photography Group (pretty cool about 25 showed up), today we met at the Embarcadaro where there were some new "Urban Trees" put out. Urban Trees are sculptures that local artists create and place along the waterfront. There's about 30 of them.
I'm in front of one here. This is lomo as I just held the camera out and snapped. Major effect in post p is a Virtual Photographer b/w "Diffused layer at 75 Opacity on top.
Got to go, lot's of pics to process...
A couple of Bonus Urban Trees (when shooting LOMO you never know what you get so you shoot several)
