I almost forgot, I'm down another 2 lbs. I think I'll make my goal of 15 lbs, so maybe I should up the amount?

It's funny, but as I lose the weight at a more steady rate, and keep up with my exercise, my clothes are fitting more poorly by the day.

I now have more than half of my wardrobe on the Salvation Army pile, and the rest of it is starting to get baggy.

I'm going to have to go shopping!!! WOO HOO!!!

So this week I show a total loss of 0, zip, zilch.
But the good news is Weight Watchers logs me in at 38 lbs. down (since January), husband hit the 40 lb. mark.
This means I'm still down 6.8 at DPC.

I can't weight today because we are not at home. AND I got my hair chopped off, so that would probably effect my weight (it was a lot of hair), but I will be back on track next week.

Last week: 172.6
This week: 172.6

Apparently this is it. Can't seem to budge from between 172 and 174. Although BMI for my height indicates "normal" weight, it's at the upper end of normal, and I'm decidedly overweight in some areas. But I hereby throw in the towel and will ante up whatever I owe at the end. For the record, I started my diet at 208 pounds, so I've lost more than 35 pounds.

Umm.....from prior encounters with you, I hardly see you as the quitter type....8>)

It's just one of those frustrating periods that occurs during diet regimens.

Hey, I'm UP a pound and a half from last week.....this stuff happens......DAMMIT!!!!...8>)

Hey, you're 8 days older than me :)

My weigh in though was unhappy today.... up 1.5 :(

I'm eight days older than one of my best friends.

BTW, you don't look that old from here!

I had to weigh in this morning (early) because I'll be away for a few days. Happy to say last week's "re"gain was a fluke, at least based on this weeks weigh-in, which puts me back on a linear loss curve. Still very happy with the progress. Thanks everyone for the extra "group" motivation!

I lost one more pound -- that makes -8 for this challenge.

On a different note - that makes 20 since January. I get discouraged, sometimes at the slow progress, but I also hope that I am probably more likely to maintain the changes I am making, and will keep it off, this time.

Okay......I'm hoping that this will be taken as an inspiration because you know that we CAN do this stuff. I don't like being infront of the camera, not even a little bit. But I've got a much better chance at life now than I had ¾ of a year ago

OK, total weight loss as of today: 9.4 lbs. I will be away next week (on a 500-mile, one-week charity bicycle ride) so no weigh in for me. Think about me, OK?
