The line "He's just hanging around" from "Hanging Around" by The Stranglers.
Just me, a gantry for a generator exhaust, a camera, a wide-angle lens, a flashgun, a tripod, a timer remote, a small stepladder and a safety harness. The small stepladder is only just out of shot and, fortunately, I could just about reach it with my toe to drag it towards me, so that I could get down again. That's not really a fat gut that I've got, it's due to gravity.... errr... it's the way the shirt hangs.... errr... it's what the safety harness did... errrr.... it's the wide-angle lens that did it.... errr... it's the PS filter.
I think I got away with that.

Falling behind is never fun, but I think things are moving nicely so I plan on spending a lot of time catching up comments tonight. (-; Just want to say though, I am really enjoying the images, even though I havn't commented I have peeked at a few 6-;

I haven't bowed out yet, I've just been super busy with my stupid medical law class (grr)
Anywho I messed around with my shots because I still have yet to get the focus down right. I really thought I had it today, but when I uploaded the images they were super noisy. I'm going to keep working on it. So here's some more torture! :) Please, don't feel like you have to comment on all of them, or any of them for that matter ;)
Found some old stuff laying around and thought it would make some funny shots.

I'd like to thank everyone for the comments and for participating. I hope to be able to get enough time next week to get seriously stuck into commenting. I'm not ignoring everyone, honest, it's just that work demands mean that I just about have enough time to shoot a pic and upload it.

Here are a couple of funny ones, by request. I don't know how funny they are. Those glasses are kind of funny. I used to wear those out to the bar to freak people out. The drunk people thought I looked normal!

These next two I'm posting to see if anyone has some free time to give me some help, once again. These two are straight out of the camera, except for the one w/o the hat, I cropped it but that's it. I'm not having any luck getting rid of the grain and noise. They look fine in the camera, but then I upload them and they look crappy. I'm standing about 15 ft. away from the camera, manual mode, manual focus ISO 800. Maybe I took so many bad pictures that I broke the camera!?
