Hanging hardware came with mine. I didnt order a canvas with the backing though. Attached to the back frame was a little package that had beehive hangers in them.
Looking at ordering one more image (my October FS) as well as possibly selling a 16x20 to a client (our first client - whooh hooh!) Love the product! |

The hardware (to me) is crap. It is a "beehive" hanger you have to match up to the "nails" they send.
I just got out the picture wire and eyelets for mine, but I matte and frame alot of my own stuff, so I already had it.

Hanging hardware came with the 16x24s, but not the smaller sizes (for me, anyway). |

Thanks for the heads up rossbilly. Ordered a 16x20. Any idea how long it will take to California?
As a side note, this Friday is the last day to use the coupon code...unless they extend the offer. Get 'em ordered everyone! |

You are welcome! :)
If it helps, I think each person has 30 days to use their code, and depends on when we sign up for the offer. On the shipping, it would depend on which method you chose (standard, overnight, etc.)
David - please DO share? I hate that they provided something you don't enjoy, but your efforts might still help others here & I know that is something you've done before...

Everybody's coupon is different. It depends on the day you signed up. Just before the first expiry, mine was extended for 30 days which puts to to around the 15th of November.

I guess I need to hang mine on the wall. I am going to go through my shots and try and order some of these for family. What a great idea for Christmas presents.

At loooong last, my hiking friend and I worked out our Alps collage from our trip last summer.
What DPI did you good folks send? We're getting it at 16x20.
Here's the collage I'm going to order (it has JPG artifacts because this is a very low quality version of it):
I created it in Fotofusion, but I have the lowest version, and I'm not willing to spend $300 just for this one large collage, so I'll be rebuilding it manually in Photoshop.

Jeffrey--I just sent them the camera resolution shot, and I had two 16x24's made. They were both fantastic.
But watch out for the museum wrap decision. You don't want to lose your edges on that shot. (Though when they reprinted my Water Colors shot, I mentioned that I lost too much photo and they managed to museum wrap it without losing the top and bottom. They may have done something similar to the stretch action posted in this thread. I had tried it, but I was afraid to send that in, in case the alignment was off (the stretch looked terrible to me on the screen too). So I just sent them the regular, camera resolution shots.
Now if they would only set up my account to keep the image, and the parameter settings they used, so I would know I could sell them and get the same exact results each time. I'll have to call them about that!

I just recieved my free print today. I am very pleased with them. These are not my kids, but a recent client. I think she will be very happy with them. AND (yes I am going to toot my own horn) the company called me and wants to use the girl's image for their booth at the WPPI in Florida this month. I took that as a big compliment. So if anyone is going let me know if they did use it. Thanks. |
