Nikita my Bengal. She's an awesome cat and one of my best friends. I love living with her. She's perfectly healthy but she is very high maintenance cat and quite a lot of work to care for properly. It's all more than worth it though.

Archie our Wheaten terrier. He's quite adorable.

Stubborn, head full of fluff, does his own thing, but there when you need him - he fit's in perfectly :- )

Here are my little lovebugs...

They are so jaded now with me taking pics of them. These two will be 12 in January. They are my first babies :)

The one on the upper left was diagnosed with Lymphoma in January and we have been doing lots of chemo this year. However, he was given 6 months to live and I'm happy to say that we are at 9 months now and still going strong!

Go to the EXIF, bet it's there; along with the exact length for the exposure.

EDIT for the pig:

I have a photo, somewhere just like this. His name was 'Snort' the kids loved him; to play with and to eat!

Meet Lola, our beautiful lop ear house bunny who is in actuality male. Yep, just like the song. Lola has a personality like you wouldn't believe. He wakes my husband up when he falls asleep in the leather chair, by hopping on his lap, then hops down. He rings a bell when he wants a treat too--easily training us just like Pavlov.
Unfortunately Lola is sick and probably short on days. But we'll always remember HIM.

the exif data will tell you what lens was used, and the focal length of the zoom...

This our CRAZY dog Louis he is great fun and at the moment a little lonely. His "father figure" our Aussi, Quigley passed on a year and a half ago but to this day if you move Quigleys collar during cleaning or for any other reason he will get up and look everywhere to see if he can find him. It makes you wonder about a dogs memory.

This is never done to tease him in any way as it is to sad to watch him look around, because he dosen't give up until he looks everywhere that Quigley loved to be. He is pretty smartand a delight to own.

Quigley is sadly missed by all of us and most of all by Louis. Louis still to this day sleeps during the day where Quigley always did.

The upside for Louis is we have ordered him a new friend and he/she will be here around Christmas. We think he will be a great "father" for our new addition and hopefully he will no longer be lonley when we are at work.

Everyones pets are adoriable all the best and enjoy the unconditional love they provide. We do.

All the best.

MAX!

We have quite a few "special" pets in our household...

Liebe - this is my baby. She is 16 this year and starting to show her age. She had some teeth removed this spring and now drools when she sleeps, ends up with her tongue sticking out all the time, and when she meows her upper lip gets stuck making her look like she is snarling (still have to get that in a pic):

Sleeping in her favorite place - on my desk:

Sierra - my wolf mix. Pain in the butt as a puppy but has matured into a mostly well behaved dog. She still has her momemnts:

Roxy - our youngest pooch. This is one psycho pup. She loves to chase light - laser lights, flash lights - whatever - she barks, growls, tries to catch and jump on them! And canned air - like what you use to clean your keyboard - she tries to catch that too!

And for anyone who thinks snakes don't have a personality - this is my Miami phase corsnake - Clementine. This girl actually comes out of her hide when I am in the room and climbs to the top of her viv to be let out. She is extrememly social for a snake...probably because she was my first one (I now have about 45) and got tons of attention when she was smaller:

These are actually my dad's dumb dogs that like to chase porcupines.

Oscar

Two-Spot

Tahoka - I've hidden this one (well, hidden if you have your nude filter on), because if you have a weak stomach it might be too much. This poor girl didn't know when to quit and would not let go of the porcupine. She's has a partially paralyzed face now, as a result.

Nope. They're absolutely the dumbest dogs I've ever seen. The wiener just copies the other two Jacks. They like to attack skunks a lot too. The two Jacks are mother and daughter. They'll fight until my dad breaks them up, and they'll be covered in eachother's blood.

It's so weird too, because they weren't raised to be aggressive at all. My dad is the sweetest pet loving guy you'll ever meet. Jacks are just MEAN. Good thing they're so small.

My "special" dog Chief:

We try to keep the "special" part on the down low though, he is sensitive about his smarts :)

Skittles and Yoda are 'special' because they think they are Kung Fu masters; I don't have the heart to tell them they are just cute kittens :-)

All my pets are special, and most everyone here has seen several shots of them. Since this thread says to show our 'special' pet, I'm going to give the spotlight to Penelope - my blind pug that was rescued from a puppymill. When I got her she could hardly walk and had to have extensive surgery on both her back legs. She had one eye at the time of her rescue, but only saw shadows from it. The eye was deteriorating and I knew once the shadows disappeared it would need to be removed as it would cause her pain due to the glaucoma pressure, and the from how dry it always was. Penelope is 9 1/2 yrs old. I have had her for 7 years. It never ceases to amaze me how well she gets around being blind.
