 Penelope is my special needs pug. I adopted her from rescue in August of 2000. Penelope, a.k.a. Penny, was rescued out of a Missouri puppymill. She had to have extensive surgery on both back legs, and lost her eyes. The mills are horrible to these poor babies. Her is she is happy and healthy once again though.
