My lowest is A Snack for Liquid Challenge. Interestingly, that was the period when I messed up my color spaces. When Changed to sRGB Color Space, I think would have done better. The colors of the submitted version are so drab and just lay there. The colors in the sRGB version look like what I see in PhotoShop.

I'll play.

My second entry was for "Something Old." I had just (surprisingly) gotten a pretty good score for my very first submission (5.0, 53/116) so I went nutty immediately.

The shot above got a 4.599 but was way down ranking-wise (145/180).

My second lowest scoring entry (3.975) is one of my favorites, my first self portrait xperimental self visualization #1 .. I did a whole series of these long shutter speed images, and i loved the dreamlike menacing horrific quality of this one.

Oooooooo this is fun! :o)

this was my lowest scoring photo. A little artsy pop-art thing going on that voters didn't really enjoy! :o)

My lowest which was for Seasonal shots. Entered it for the sake of comments as I have had my camera only bout 2 months or so and want advice.
Who wrote comments that it could be any season can go jump. Sure it was a bad photo, I know this, but give a valid comment. Half of the top ten could be any season with the title removed. Think about it!
Anyway thats another story. I have progressively been getting worse from my first entry (top 10) so I guess my experience is catching up with me. Im afraid to enter again.

I'd be interested in seeing them for sure!

My lowest scoring photo. It was my third entry at DPC, the challenge was "Square".

My lowest score was on: What is the Matrix?

With a 3.794 - 128 Place out of 140.

My lowest scoring photo was from The Past. Oouch! I've lost all confidence.

I think what went wrong for me was that I saw something others didn't. It isn't because the picture is bad, is it?

I live on a lake and speed boats are all I see. When I saw an entire family with TEENAGERS paddling on a boat early on a Saturday morning, I was transported back 50-70 years pre-motor boats.

Where do you see a family with teenagers today paddling on a lake? It's unheard of...

That was my oversight. I would love a critique...
My Past Challenge Entry

It scored in the 3s -- second to last. It still stings though I believe it was because people didn't see the past -- or was it the photo quality wasn't good enough?

Someone made the point that style paddle boat probably wasn't around in the early days. Point well taken.

3.866 as my lowest score with, "21"in the Fourchallenge. I assumed that everyone had played 21 or Black Jack, and knew to hit a soft 17, hopefully with a FOUR. I just knew everyone would see this and hope for the needed FOUR, burning the image deeply into their brain. My mistake.

You prove my point exactly.

An Ace counts either as 1 or 11 in the game of 21. So Ace/6 equals 17. :<)

Hey, I never even noticed that before. Now I am confused! :<)

My lowest scoring, for the garbage challenge. From the comments I think
lots of people didn't realise it was an empty wine bottle.

Perfecting Perfection

It was my very first entry. And one of the first few photos I took with my camera. FYI, that beautiful young lady graduated high school with a 4.0 and had a 4.0 her first year in college. Blonds can be serious too!

Does she actually have a room painted bright yellow with a beautiful, big poster of a purple iris? She must be quite "gutsy".

PS - congratulations on her 4.0! That's not easy to do.

LOL, yes, she really does. That is actually a mural painted by her father who is an exceptional artist. Erica loves to surf so her whole room is now decorated in surfer chick decor, includes a grass bed skirt!

I have several photos in the 4 range, all of which were last minute submissions, just to have an entry. I have since stopped entering challenges without a decent shot. I did recieve a 4.6 or so on my SNOT photo in the Liquid challenge. People were not impressed with my subject matter, even though it was a good photo! (I think it may have done better without the crusty part) Here it is:

Here is my lowest scored shot that was in the threes all week until the changeover to keep my record intact of never having lower than a 4.0

Stained Glass Sunset

It was one of those "good ideas" that just didn't work out.

Your photo is definitely a good photo -- it is just hard to look at the snot LOL! You want to wipe it. Your stomach goes off a little because you can't (at least as a woman) and then you don't want to look at it. I'm laughing...though it has nothing to do with you or the photo. It is how people are...

Okay, this was my lowest score. 4.8. It was my first entry and I didn't know how to properly size things yet and it didnt' fit the challenge very well. I didn't really understand the fairly strict adherence to the challenge topic during my first posting.
