A little Kafka

A bit of an accident, and more or less a DOF shot, but I think it qualifies.

I had to laugh & post the comment I most recently received on a blur category image I used as my Free Study entry: "too blurry" !!

and the fog rolled in. this is actually in crisp focus. you'd never know it, though, unless you could see it 100%!

wow, why didn't I see this before... I've been shooting something like this for years... yeah, I'm that bad, not good in focusing hehe...

no, I really like doing something different like this (like many others), I've even got my wife to drive me around in the city late at night especially too take photos while on the move from the passenger side... you should try that.. And that was on slides films... It's much "cheaper" and "easier" with digital.

It can be so creative and a good way to escape from the need of pin-sharp images...

So, is there a rule for this thread, do I have to go out to shoot for this heaving this in mind or can I upload some stuff taken earlier? Is this something like PAD maybe?

I haven't looked at many images yet but I will.. And I will try to give some comments... Some nice works I've seen here..

I think this thread is intended primarily for new photos we shoot this month, but there's an earlier thread (the "set-up" for this one) where we posted earlier examples -- you could resurrect that thread if you want.

oh.. too bad, my mistake but I can't see the difference though...
Maybe I'll look into what I've shot already this month although I'm not sure I have any (good) photos like this from the last 17 days... I will try to have this thread in mind for the rest of the month then, It's a good challenge, thanks for the answer GeneralE.

i said this earlier in this thread but i will repost it as i think it pertrains to this discussion:

im glad to hear that people are digging through old files on a hunt for blurry pics. this challenge is a super good opportunity to try out new camera techniques and stuff but its also about giving the rejects a second chance :). now, if only we could get the world to catch onto that concept ;).

ok, so it's ok to upload something to this thread that's not from this month? I see this as an opportunity to get comments on blurry stuff that I have already done as much as a challenge to try to do more... :-D
