Sorry I was out of town for the weekend. I will get a duck sometime this week and hopefully be able to fill the rest of the states this week. I have took away the states that people have spoke up for. And Michigan has been reassigned.
Arkansas -
Hawaii -
Minnesota -
Montana -
Nebraska -
Nevada -
New Mexico -
North Dakota -
South Dakota -
West Virginia -
Still need these States. I will retype again only one user per state this time. I cannot schedule a day you will have the duck. So please don't say you will be somewhere on this day cause I got no clue when you will get it.

I live in southern Utah, But I love Vegas and go often â No I donât gambleâ, Itâs a photographers paradise . I would gladly take the duck on a little road trip. Let me know about when.

If it means that much to you Robert, by all means take MA. I just thought it would be fun but I am sure I cannot top a 'ducky-in-the-marsh' shot. Feel free to contact Rex and have him update his list. |

8 States left.....I sent out a few PM's today. hopefully they will answer. One already did and has joined us. I didn't see anyone in North Dakota or West Virginia that looks to be active. If anyone knows anyone close to these states that are members/registered users of DPC please pm them and link them to this thread.

Looks like you are about ready to go :) Are you going to put the duck on the road in advance of getting the remaining states?

I will take Minnesota.
I organized one in 2004 for the Nikon forum at DP Review. We sent a couple single use cameras around the world. People were to take shots of the cameras in a location/situation and then take a picture with each camera and send them on. I kept a running progress report on PBase. It took a year for the cameras to get back to me!

I vol to be backup for Florida, the southern, Everglades area. The ducky may have to risk getting eaten by a gator though. Do we have backup duckies?

I just got a PM from  BAMartin (Barbara) about this project and the need for a Hawaii person - this is a great idea! I did this once with a friend's teddy bear. Count me in for the Hawaii POC.
