OH MY GOD. I've been in the bed sick with the flu since Saturday night. I will try to catch up as soon as I feel semi alive again. UGH.

Day 6 Chicago IL
OK, so this isn't exactly an original shot. It's the same view as I did on day 1. But, with the snow falling rather heavily it looks quite different. Working from home today - had a flat tire this am.

The images here are great, I'm so glad I decided to join in; I'm so far behind on comments, though, but me and the little one are still sick, so it didn't happen today. Thanks for all the "feel better" wishes on yesterday's shot of the sick one, though; we're at least feeling human today, if not quite better! As for making comments, there's always tomorrow . . .
Today's shot is from around the corner from where I live. Details on the shot page.

Day 6
Gurleyville Gristmill
I just got a new lcd monitor and am not happy with the way the images appear on it. If anybody can tell me problems they may see, I would really appreciate it. If you seem to see the same ones I do, then I will try to figure out how to adjust it, though I have been playing with it for three days and am still not happy with it. |

Flemington NJ: Flemington was originally the territory of the Lenni-Lenape Indians. In 1712 the acreage was acquired by William Penn and Daniel Coxe. Samuel Fleming purchased part of this land in 1756, built his home, and "Fleming's Town" began.
The borough is the County Seat of Hunterdon. Fire destroyed the old courthouse in 1826. The new courthouse was built and still stands today. The courthouse is perhaps most famous for a 1932 trial: the Lindbergh baby (20-month old Charles A. Lindbergh) kidnapping trial of Bruno Richard Hauptmann.
The trial ran from January 2 until February 13, 1935. Hauptmann never confessed before his April 3, 1936 execution. Controversy remained part of this historic story, because Mrs. Hauptman continued to fight to clear her husband̢۪s name until her recent death. //www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/FTrials/Hauptmann/Hauptmann.htm

Under the weather and stayed home today. So, you'all are getting an older shot. Sorry.
This is shot from Lambertville NJ looking across the Delaware River towards New Hope PA. Both towns are very historic and very crafty/artsy. This afternoon the river was particularly calm.
