I wouldn't say I was robbed. After all, I find that the more attached I get to an image the worse it does (compared to my expectations that is).

Still these were a couple that I had higher hopes for:

so because i made a shape with my blur it all of the sudden is not blur. I'm sorry that is BS. it may be different and it may not be a good photo but the lines connecting the circles are zoom blur.

I didn't say that the voters didn't miss it but to say that it doesn't exist is wrong.

Actually, I never said it didn't exist, I said the effect of motion blur wasn't achieved, at least not to me.

let me just say that if you were joking then please put some sort of smiley or something, if not (i will assume not since you used exclamation points) I take exception to being called a child, if you were referring to me. this is a thread about being misunderstood and Toohip pointed out actual reasons why I was misunderstood. I don't agree with him but that doesn't mean the discussion shouldn't take place.

If you want to stop ranting in the future please watch your tone because that will get me really rilled up.

Oh I have tons according to other people but meh thats what you get isn't it? I'm apparently constantly getting robbed *Shrugs* oh well

I always like this photo that I took of myself 2 years ago, and felt it deserved at least a five overall, almost made it. I took this before I had an SLR camera. I think the choice of the greenish tint killed me, also I wanted the photo to be exteremely bright on the bottom, because of the contest theme and my image design that I had in mind, but I was told that it was too blown out.

i don't think i was robbed but i think maybe it didn't deserve the 8-3s or 4-2s or 2-1s...

maybe i just like the avg. commenters scoring better :O)



anyhow thats just what i think...

It was a tough challenge with lots of great photos - I mean really - it was the Best of 2006 challenge - but I was honestly hoping/thinking that this would score better than it did. I was at least hoping for over 6.

i guess i shouldn't be surprised, but i really think this is a damn good photo.

mind you, the comments were worth more than any score ever given.

Usually I receive comments that suggest my photos deserved better. But for this particular shot I really felt ROBBED!... Well, the correct word may not be "robbed", but I whish more people could understand the beauty I see in this picture.

I have too many to list and I wouldn't want to start any controversy in my opinions on my images so I will refrain from entering the ones I think. I do agree though with some of the entries here...they were robbed.

But you have given me an idea.
