This is going to be an interesting challenge. There are some very good entries, and there are a number of entries where soft focus was confused with out-of-focus. Others, I'm not sure how they are different from normal focus.
I predict that the top 5 will be in the normal high-score range, but the average overall score will be lower than most challenges. And this thread is going to get a bit heated as the week progresses. |

Wow - I just had a scan through al the soft focus photos and I'm impressed. If the thumbnails are any guide my average vote stats are heading up again (took quite a downturn during the two open challenges last week)
I thought I was going to hate voting in this challenge and wasn't sure I was going to bother but it looks promising. |

I figured a little trick - if you hit the "10" button twice very quickly, it doubles your score. You all should try it!

"WOW", we have some excellent entries, but only a small proportion compared to the DOF and a 'little out of focus' ones. Some really good efforts as well. In all, some really great entries, and wish you all the best. I look forward to voting and commenting.
