maybe all us flower people are getting sick of all the "not anuth'r dang'd flow'r pictu'r" people and decided we'd all go vote down all non-flower pictures -2 and all fellow flower pictures +2... hmmm... maybe?

I wouldn't go so far as to exclaim dolt, necesarily.
However, I do believe that has hampered my shot slightly, since it was early on almost a full point higher then it is right now. (It's still my highest scoring image yet, which makes me mucho happy.)

Bokashi---Gradation( officialy they call ) but normaly we said shade or more likely off focus. Bokashi mean gradualy fade the light or color.
This is the japanese word from which the term bokeh comes from. Where did I get this info my mother who is from Yokohama Japan. When I asked her to explain she simply stated an out of focus area used to enchance something in focus. | I had very good intentions of finishing off my scoring and doing a whole whack of commenting this evening, but it's over 30 degrees at my computer, I have a headache, and I refuse to subject folks to myself when I feel like this. Hopefully it'll cool off enough that I can do some in the middle of the night? :) |

'round these here parts, 30 degrees is not only cool, it's down right frigid...
so no more excuses... get back to work...
