		| | It started out as a style created by Andrzej Dragan that lots of people wanted to mimic. Eventually people cobbled together a photoshop action called the Draganizer effect that simulated the style.

		| | I was wondering the same thing and downloaded last night.  This is the first shot I did with it and I was really happy witht the results.  Pretty cool stuff.  This is obviously done pretty heavily, I did a good bit of dodging and burning.
