rule of poseing, never put your subjects genetalia male or female with the exception of brests infront of their waist unless it is obscured by a limb like an arm or leg |

Thanks Alexa, I agree with you!! I like it a lot and would've chosen it as my best of 2005, but rules are rules...
Anyway, your comment is worth more than any ribbon! |

It's a shame this can't compete in Best of 2005, I think it's your best work by far. |

Great shot. The reflection in the water gives a real depth. It is refreshing to see male nudes in a artistic composition. The male form is beautiful. Thumbs up. |

Wow what a wonderful model. I love the reflection in the water. The grung is a nice effect, yet the over all image seems just a little dark. The white of the water really draws the focus towards the model. The shot has excellent flow. |

Man you better hope that branch didn't break or you'd be hurtin!
Clever pose. In the thumb nail it looks like you are suspended in air. |

I really like this. Even with grunge, it doesn't have that dirty overdarkened sense. His pose seems a tad forced. NO, that's not the word. Maybe the angle of the knee to the left seems too tight or something.
I like how he is placed in the shot with lots of dark water to draw your eye to the lightness of his skin. The white of the water's movement is a great leading line up to him as well. What a beautiful reflection too. |

Agreed a little dark but reminds me of painting, renaissance style. Lovely to see a male nude and that it can be beautiful and tasteful. |

Okay, I just got the chills thinking of that poor man working his way out to that branch and laying on it. The things people will do for a great shot! LOL!
This is very well done, artistic, creative and tasteful. Not easy to do with full frontal nudity on male or female but this was successuf in that endeavor. Well done!

Nicely done. I thought that it may be a little dark, but I like how it contrasts with the nude. It definitely brings the focus towards your subject. |

Awesome shot. I am so pleased to see that someone is finally doing this style of shot with male nudes instead the always 'female nude' shot.
I like the tones to add that non feminine touch.
Well done.
