Goodbye for the time being. I'm fed up, tired and feeling totally trodden on, so I need some rest and recuperation.
For all of you that have been kind or at least respectful, I offer you a big thank you!

Swashbuckler, sorry to see you go. I know this site can be a bit frustating sometimes. I got a picture DQ'ed yesterday because of the border I put, and my latest submission is going down from a 7.8 to a 5.8 today. Unbelievable!
Sorry to see people go from this site. I hope you comeback soon.

I know a little break is good sometimes, I did not submit very much last month challenges, I took other pictures did other thing and now I feel better.
Take care and be back batteries fully loaded and some pictures !

I'm with the others -- hope that you can recharge and come on back in a while. I think that with the shakeout period for the site update and the holidays everyone's gotten pretty frazzled. I'll send you a note with some additional info...

it's nice to know that Swashbuckler is such a good sport (just kidding). I just asked a question on my comment section and was harrassed through private messages. I am sorry that I had erased the previous messages. I guess that I will stop leaving comments. Just for sh*t and giggles I have pasted the last PM message from him to show what a good sport he is.

Well, you are alive! Thanks for quoting me! You are right, I'm a bad sport. In web speak, CAPS LOCK is consider shouting. You knew that? Good. Why shout a question, then not step up when answered.
I will return my quote with yours:

I sent you three e-mails. The first was as nice as I could be under this situation. I explained that I took this photo of a real live bird at NW Trek. I went further and said, here are more examples on the web of that same bird in different poses, as proof that I took a real live picture of a real live bird. Your answer???? None. So, I followed up with - Your not so nice comment still stands. Did I not prove to you that this is my work? What do you want my blood? Please answer! Still you hide and not one word that would lead me to believe you were anything but a TROLL. Now, you post my THIRD and totally angry note that said exactly what you quoted. Yes, normally I do like to thank people for NICE comments, but you hide. I'm no artist, but I do take my own photos, thank you very much. Respect is a two way street fella. Give it and it comes back to you in spades, hide behind the wall that is the world wide web just like a troll and you guessed it, I will call you a troll. You didn't solely cause my exit from submitting to this forum, but you were THE LAST STRAW (see, I'm shouting!).

Hey swash .. I understand to be upset about that original comment ... but if the guy does not answer to your initial email ... you should have probably given up. There is not point of sending additional emails. And I guess somehow he has the right not to answer to PM as well. If you think about it , that would have save a lot of stress for you and save energy for a good thing.

I was just going through all my old shots to mark off the This Is Helpful's and I'd like to say two things...
First ~ Thanks... Most of your comments to me have been a big help...
Second ~ While not mentioning anyone by name, I've been coming across several from a CAPLOCKer that you may know... In the immortal words of Fred Rogers, "Can you say 'TROLL'? I KNEW you could!" :)
Keep the faith, have a vacation... The light will be on waiting for you when your ready :)

Hey, I think you will be missed by many here, but like others said, take a break and come back, things may look better then. I hope you come back.
