Ok give it to me, I'm trying to get back into my photography, and my style is changing a bit too.
Let me know which of these you like the best and why, PLEASE!

Actually, I would like one in the middle of the two, both in terms of processing and crop. I think the processing and tone bring out the texture and the mood of the photo but you have gone slightly overboard with it for my tastes. I like the more panoramic crop of the second but feel that it is a little too tight on the top.

I like the first one better. The noise/grain in the second one is too much, as JPR said, and it's sort of distracting.

Not real fond of the grain/noise in the second myself.

I think the grain/noise in the second one is counter-productive here. It detracts from instead of ehnacing. I much prefer the crop of the first one; witht he tighter crop there's no real sense that this is a torso here, and I believe the context is important.
