I am so happy with my 4.187 score that I have, with no comments to tell me why I SUCK! I know some people wait to the end to comment, but I can not wait! TELL ME NOW!

Like I said before, I took this shot 45 minutes before the deadline just to see what I could get on a whim. So, I'm not too beat up about it.
I think peoples strict definition on "predominately light" meaning somehow absolutely no dark is just rediculous though. I don't think I deserve a 1 or 2 for having a silver part that is reflcting darkness. Oh well, voters are always fickle, and generally crazy. Just look at me ;O)

Someone may have given you a low score for vote 122 and someone changed their vote in the votes cast prior to 122. My thoughts :)

I think this is my lowest score yet. But I've gotten to where I am not really bothered by what the score actually turns out to be. The few comments that I get from people who liked my photo is what I'm looking for instead. And the few comments that offer advice on how to improve the image.

I'm wondering why is everyone getting slammed??? There are great photos out there. Some are a push in terms of meeting the challenge and only a few that IMHO DNMC.

Ya, just this week I put on my bio my "goal" of a 6.0 votes received average. This is going to take weeks to make up for. :(

I just voted and must say there are some wonderful shot but I was somewhat disappointed in a whole bunch of them. I haven't made any comments yet but will sometime before the end of it. I am seeing so many that the white balance is way off.(Lots of really strong blue cast that doesn't fit the mood of the photos) It may be my monitor but I don't think so because I keep it calibrated with the monaco system. I am not one who gives out very many 4's or below but I did on this one. The 3's going to the ones that just didn't fit at all. Strikeslip if you'll tell me which one is yours I'll be happy to give it a one.:)

Its not right, my shot is a little out of focus, some blown highligts and the subject should get me the brown.....come on people score the shot as it should be......sorry slippy looks like I can't even get the brown level right......lol
