I like this one. Can you change the star on the baby's ear to somthing else. Something black or metalic.

i darkened the star and added a couple of catchlights. that's about all i can do to make it look more metallic. black doesn't show up at all.

There's my try. Coulda been better but I'm not the best at grunge. Now I coulda made that baby look like it just came from heaven no problem.
