Does anyone feel like having a go at editing this picture for me.
I'm not very good at it but i'm learing.

That image is so underexposed it's nearly beyond redemption, noisy and weak as hell in the dark areas. Levels expanded the tonal range by adding contrast, hue/saturation toned down the yellow cast in the skin that came with increased contrast, and selective color in the white channel brought the brights into tonal compliance more or less. This is the best I can do without a hell of a lot more work, and maybe even then.

yeah it is a pretty shocking photo
the person in it asked if i could edit it and i tried but couldnt
thats why i posted it
i think your right is beyond redemption.

Dang, that's funny; the one I downloaded isn't the one the link points to now. That one's a much more interesting shot. I like Laurie's ideas there...

a bit sharper


processing: shadows/highlights, contrast, lots of noise reduction, a bit of cloning and healing and some burning, a bit of gaussian blur.
