So then if you made it plural, as in tacks, you would need a case of liquor? ;^) At least more than one bottle anyway...

They only go together if you care about the votes...

While voting, users are asked to keep in highest consideration the topic of the challenge and base their rating accordingly.

If you had an assignment to take a photo of brakes and you submitted a photo of people on a lunch break or a smoke break, I don't think you'd get paid. Totally different.

As for dpc, though, the interpretation is left up to the voters and it's whatever strikes their fancy.

I'm very happy with my idea for this challenge. I just hope the execution came off as well as I wanted. I don't think it quite did, but still good.

Hopefully the meaning isn't too lost on non-native English speakers either.

Another current challenge is called "People." Although "people" is certainly plural, the details make it clear that a photo of one person is fine: "just ensure that 1 or more people are the focus of your image." The same was true of "Accidental Letters" - it did not mean that you had to have more than one letter in your image.

I think "tacks" means "one or more tacks."
