Twinsby DefyTimeComment: I'm curious to see how this was lit. The flower looks like a flash fired, but the girls don't... not that I'm a lighting expert.

The Turning Angelby sherComment: I'm sure others have mentioned it by now, but you have some kind of artifact around the statue. I haven't seen this before and wonder if it is a sharpening issue, or something with your camera...

Beyond The Horizonby channeledComment: I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that I will never truly appreciate psychedelic, overprocessed shots such as this one.

Pouring down by heidaComment: I actually didn't vote this challenge, but if I did this would have gotten high marks from me. Congrats on your second blue!

Retired after 50 yearsby Ecce_SignumComment: With this shot I can almost smell the earth. I can almost feel the anticipation of the coming of spring with all the new growth. The flowers on the grape vines, the buzz of the bees.

Retired Mill Wheelsby instepsComment: THis shot makes me wonder how these obviously once useful wheels came to be in this state. How were they used. Were they for grinding? What did they grind. How many people were fed with the assistance of these wheels. I wish I could see more of the area around the wheels. Are they still of use today? Are they holding up the bank of a river? It would be kind of sad to go from a very important job (feeding the people) to something unappreciated...

Wheel you marry me?by HessF3Comment: Interesting perspective and the harsh lighting kinda works here. Nice lines and textures.

Wheels for Twoby GraciousComment: Very harsh lighting. Looks like you used the onboard flash. Also not a terribly interest-holding type of shot.
