Out of Stone by e301Comment: So glad to see this take a ribbon. This was one of my favorites this challenge! Love the clarity and contrast of the almost surreal ground colors against that awesome sky! Used a polarizer right? Great job.

Old Methodist Burying Groundby Bear_MusicComment: I've obviously been working too much. I haven't seen this shot until just now. This is, sans building, the kind of feel that I was shooting for in my dq'ed cemetary shot. Cold isolation. Forgotten. In a better place? This is an instant favorite!

End of Dayby moodvilleComment: Even though the border is IMHO too big, even though IMHO it's too tightly cropped, even though IMHO this is too dark, this is a very impresive image! Wild or domestic?

Texas Star Hibiscusby labudsComment: At first I thought that this was a much more contriversial, not quite legal flowering plant...

The SALOON - 1880by GringoComment: I'm sorry to say this, but the best comment that I can make on this shot is in-freakin'-credible!
Kudos

City without WTCby fas917Comment: Next time, move three steps closer or raise your tripod a touch. IMHO the railing in the forground distracts from the awesome capture of the city/light polluted sky...
