drifting awayby myceliumComment: Looks like a painting, but I see haloes around the stems/flowers because of sharpening. 6 |

Giant Man-Eating Lizard from Marsby toddheadComment: Classic movie scene. I do think the highlights are just a little too bright (some of the horns on his cheek and the spikes on his back), which draw attention away from the eye which should be the focus. DOF is good with the eye really sharp, but my eye keeps wandering down to his cheek/jowels. 6 |

Early Stage Aquatic Lifeby EvaanComment: Sharpness and lighting are good in this picture. A little more clarity in what the picture is would help to boost the score, as it is, it makes for a good abstract. 6 |

Traveling @ the Speed of Lightby bryanbrazilComment: I like this photo. The colors and the blur work good to tie in to the title, as does the hint of the people through the window. I do see a haloing on the top of the car probably from sharpening. You can fix that with some careful smudging. 6 |

Woodland Fairiesby sbeaumontComment: The circular composition helps the dreaminess of the picture. Lighting is good. I do wish the fairy on the left was all inside the picture. 6 |

The Ninth Planetby CutterComment: You Icelander's and your settings just are fabulous. The people give the shot tremendous perspective, although they also work against the title of the picture. I do like the B&W conversion. 6 |

Biorbby CalliopeKelComment: I think the composition of this one is better than the blue one which is like this, but I like the lighting on the blue one better, maybe a little more light from the side on the ball would be better. 6 |

Hidden valleyby tasha4pawsComment: Parallels between the windmills and the posts in the forground tie the picture together. I'm not sure if I like the angle of the photo. 5 |
