What a neat idea! When first I looked at this image I do not think I gave it thought it deserved. Your use of light and the classic red and gold of the present and bow, put things together well. maybe a little more rotation of the package to give just one more dimension...Like when taking a picture of a building and creating perspective? I'm bumping this shot. Good luck!

Fun capture. The wallpaper in the background is a bit distracting, but you managed the light on your subject well. there also seems to be something on his thumb? still does say surprise.

Always a pleasent surprise:) Something just did not seem to work out with this shot. seems both over sharpened and way to much contrast. maybe this would have worked better with not so strong a flash? concept is good though:)

well this one is in your face.:) funny shot. tad out of focus though. would have done better to have had the subject a greater distance from the lens then cropped.

I hate it when someone jumps out at me:) I always try to hide the surprise...LOL this is a nice idea. the image could use a bit more balance in terms of the space it was shot. the opening to the back of the room is a bit distracting....may have worked better if the lights were on in the hall and over the door?
