Simple mealby ajacoubComment: sunny or cloudy....oh what to do....Well OK it blends nice with the subject so I'll let it go....but you have promise you'll do something better for the background material next time becasue the paper is just not happening beyond the bread. |

The Simple Path the Farmer Takes to the Fieldby jpb323redComment: This would have been really great except for the dark objects that litter the left side of the path. A possible solution to this would have been to close in on the path from the left or even shot at the same distance but more to the left. The fence is not all that interesting and really is to prominent as shown the path being the subject. |

New York, New Yorkby deadd0gComment: I find neither the image or the subject simple here...nice colors in the sunset and love the lights on the top of ESB but it really does not exemplify simplicity to me. |

Design Classicby robsmithComment: OK....i'll try to forgive the spots to the right of the subject and the possible abrasions under it as well...was shot as dropped or is there some physics going on behind the seen....if dropped its a nice capture and if physics the effect is very good. Excellent except for the aforementioned items. |

whisperby blackemperorComment: Nudity. Nudity is an acceptable form of art on this site. Photographs may not, however, show a penis or a vagina.....OK now on to the technical problems...TOOO soft.and the colors of the background blend to much to the subject. And is there a point to so small an image. |

Who needs calculators?by mquesnelComment: now what is this US? The composition is quite fine but I would have not cropped this so tight around the upper right of the line of coins. the back ground complements the cooper coin color somewhat but I would have chosen something a few shades darker. It works well with the lead coin but not those further back. |

Nature's Gift of Life!by PDavisComment: this would have worked a lot better if the subject leaf was entirely by itself. the canna leaves and their colors are really distracting. |

beginning and endby ursulaComment: well almost. The detail of the seeds, the lighting and the colors in this are exquisite but what is that lump of yellow in the middle? The sun....why is it so mis-shapened. I would have avoided it. I still would have gotten the message about the day ending and the title would not need to be changed. |

a simple kind of lifeby MiahComment: I see, I think, that you maybe ha dto shoot this under low light and that perhaps chose a higher aperture? Well maybe not, but the DOF is just to much in focus and really distracts from the subject. |
