Shapes by Gehryby ErikVComment: Truely an architecture photo. What a building marvel, beautiful photo! The lower part (floor area) of the photo could be a little lighter for me but it's still a 9! Nice angles. -BB

"Solid Foundations"by negativeComment: I love this; I work off of prints all day long! The B&W really adds to this for me also. Great job and set-up too. -BB

spby malinaComment: Very pretty eyes; they are almost a blue-stone color. The brown fuzzy hat compliments well with the blue shirt too. And, last but not least your background bokeh completes the photo. -BB |

Jack Ten Suitedby jegerComment: This is a cool shot! If you had any strings holding the cards up you cloned them out well. Nice stopped motion, photo. -BB |

Misty Morning by william88Comment: I don't know why but this feels so much like Yosemite Valley. The fog over the snow almost gives this a magical feel; especially since the moon is in it also. -BB |

lachrymoseby PhilComment: I had to look up your title; and yes it matches (I didn't doubt you in the first place) the photo. Nice horizontal bordering. -BB

Canadian Hot Tubby QuigleyComment: Ok, a couple questions.
First of all wouldn't the heat conduction from the metal tub transfer upward and melt the snow off of the rim? That is unless you really are just sitting in an empty tub, in which case you are crazier than it first appeared.
Second, maybe the tub is fiberglass (the reason for the snow not melting from the edge of the tub so fast)? Or...maybe...you have ANOTHER hot water pot, sitting on the bottom of the tub, between your legs and the steam coming up from it appears to be the "hot water" in your bath.
Last but not least your bare arms. Even if you have hot water in the "tub", your arms are dry which would mean that they have not contacted the "hot" water so therefore are <98.6 degrees and uncovered in the winter air! Wow, what dedication for an entry at DPC. Keep up the great work. -BB
PS. Pardon my musings, this did get kinda long didn't it? lol.
PSS. Can't wait to see who this is. |

Arrivalby AnnComment: Talk about "Stopped Motion"; I don't see ANY blur in the birds wings! Very impressive. Way to have the background be OOF but not blownout. -BB |

Ye olde farmby jessy_pesceComment: This feels like a photo of a "photo"; other than that I'm not sure how you can get this effect? It feels very pre-digital camera so for me I like that. 7 |
