I am not sure how this photo represents oops. I am assuming from the size of the photo, that you are relatively new here. My tip for future challenges would be to try and make your photos longest side at least 600 pixles long (640 is max). The photo is also very blury. Perhaps try putting the camera on something during night exposures to stablize it a little or if its dark, use a flash.

I don't really see how this fits the challenge as I can't see that there is a problem unless i read the title. Another thing i would suggest is making your images a bit bigger.
