+ Great macro and composition to show us all the details. You certainly meet the challenge.
- I would have prefered a slightly darker image; especially the lower part of the photo is a little too light for my liking.

+ You picked the right moment of the day to bring out the textures and use the light to give the photo more appeal.
- There isn't much going on in this photo except for the steps and shadows.

Wipe It Onby monxiComment: [World Record Attempt]
+ Textures are present!
- The photo is small and not appealing. The composition isn't very good.

Colorsby manuComment: [World Record Attempt]
+ The colours are used to connect all the various subjects into one pleasant photo without being too distracting. Great job!
- There is a little overexposure noticable but it isn't too bad.

+ You picked the right moment to bring the textures out of this building. The composition brings interest to this building.
- The (power?) lines are a little distracting (if only you were allowed to use PS in this challenge ;)). It probably wasn't possible but if all the windows were blue there was an even great contrast between the glass & the sky versus the rest of the building.

Golf Planetby frodobagginsComment: [World Record Attempt]
+ Nice use of light to bring the texture in the viewers mind (it is the first thing that is noticable).
- Focus seems to be a bit of, golfballs have been used many times before, composition isn't quite attractive. |

Light as a featherby solarysComment: [World Record Attempt]
+ There is texture present. Fortunately you mention in the title that this subject should resemble a feather
- I think the bird from whom this feather was must have been died a terrible death as these feathers are just so poor and fragile :(. Very uninteresting photo and combined with the strange unsharpness at the left side of this picture makes this a sad thing to view. |
