Thanks for this comment. I certainly am not unpatriotic at all, and I do live in the USA. This photo turned out pretty much as I had planned, dirty old flag and all!

Abandoned village,why they left?by pitsamanComment: The light in the shadows is great here! In the sun, it may be a bit bright. You might try experimenting with dropping the levels to make the whole image darker, which might add more mystery as well as keep areas from being burned. |
