A very visually appealing shot with the varied elements of the composition each adding to the overall effect from the differing colours to the fact that the plants seem so vibrant and the house somehwat plain, although i do love the blue of the window frame which seems to be being overgrown...It almost feel like the house's last shout for attention

Love the irony of a film camera being taken by a DSLR. The pentax kinda almost looks sad about the fact that you have 'betrayed' it (crikey its bad news when I start anthropmophising camera eqipment)

Nice shot and I like the low key and dark tones

As has been mentioned the guy looks spotless...or was this before he fixed the jeep...Though he does have the half smile on his face of every mechanic who knows he is someones saviour

Yaaay and a very good photo at that. I love the slightly duller sheen on the chain than that on the padlock arm and the focus is spot on. Very interesting and attractive compositional elements as well

Ha, that is the great thing about this challenge you can just play with different ideas and hone your ability

This a fairly weird effect and probably not to my personal taste but the great thing is that you did it and hopefully you like it

Oh and I cant wait to see some more

Your comment with this shot just made me laugh out loud. Very nice different shot and I love the fact that the surrounding stainless steel (?) appears to have taken a bit of a battering which gives a great hall of mirrors fell to it

Very clever way to take that self portrait and the fish eye is super cool * Looks like the sort of shop you could easily spend a lot of money in (yet walk out happy because the prices meant you had 'saved' a load of cash too)

* Please note, the sighs longingly comment was directed at the fish eye rather than yourself...You seem like a good chap but I want camera equipment

Yaay great capture, not only to get the yawn, but to get it so well. i could look at that tongue on its own for hours. Brilliant sharpness and the rest of the composition from the colouring on the inside of the mouth, to the teeth, to the individual whiskers to the colour and softness of the far are all remarkable
