FINALLY caught a cat yawn!
I have a hard time with my background getting grainy I'm guessing b/c of the flash. But I'm not very good at evening them out, so I didn't...... if anyone knows of a way to change bkgrds let me know :) I'd really appreciate it!

lol this is one heck of a catch. I cannot stop staring at kitty fangs. Love the details in the fur. Looks like a soft kitty!

Yaay great capture, not only to get the yawn, but to get it so well. i could look at that tongue on its own for hours. Brilliant sharpness and the rest of the composition from the colouring on the inside of the mouth, to the teeth, to the individual whiskers to the colour and softness of the far are all remarkable

Great shot

Great capture. I understand how hard it can be. You got some great detail in the fur and even on the tongue with this shot!

Fantastic! Great focus, love the background colors. I just caught a kitten yawn myself yesterday, easier said than done!

I have an old photo of my cat (long time gone) yawning, and it's one of my favorites. Good sharpness on the kitty, and the fur really goes well with that green.

Not sure what you are asking about the background. I'm no good at replacing them, but if you just want to soften the noise or grain, you can do some careful selecting using your magic wand tool and then running a denoise or blur feature on the selected areas.

Ha! Nice catch. They are so intense with the yawning, aren't they? I hope to get one of those with the camera soon, too.
