i just posted a comment on your 'trainspotting' and came across this one while looking thru your portfolio ... brings tears to my eyes, even tho the monkey or chimp or wotever species it is, might be quite happy ..... its just that this is a very evocative image and visually pretty good as well! ... thats me making an understatement by the way ..

this is more than wow ...... i personally dont feel the perspective is well represented, but i'm very often wrong ... i will remember this photo for a long while ... i got a physical sensation when i first looked at it ... the physcial sensation was awe .... =10

wow ....... just love the eerie and spooky feel to this ... and the fantastic rich deep brown of the sky with that little bit of lighter cloud on the right which just lifts it up .. love the white, dead looking branches which contrast real well with the darkness of the image .... =8

wow ... far out .... this is definitely a winner to me .... i couldnt quite make out wot it was at first, and then the stairs became obvious and it all fell into place .. i love the not immediately obvious, i love the slanted feel, i love the rich colours and the contrasts between the red/orange hues and blue, i love the shine on the pavement and i love the rich blue of the sky .. i could go on, coz there's heaps more that i love about this photo, but i do have a life! ... =10
