Famous Franks 3by banmornComment: St Frank to his very close friends! Really like this series. If I miss the next train home and have an hour to kill again, I may walk around outside of Suburban Station and see if I can find some murals. Thanks for this series. |

DSC_0310.jpgby rider64Comment: I'm glad you've captured it in photo before it collapses. I also think that the beautiful shadow adds some nice interest to the photo as well.
Very nice. |

Day 18 - St. Stephens Church - Side Doorby Bruce_the_RobertComment: Love those textures, you did a great job of capturing them and of showing the age too.
One thing I would consider doing is cropping out the red bricks on the left side of the photo. I thought it distracted from the other details.
Really cool looking door! |

Day 17 George's Revengeby agrimaceComment: I liked hearing about feisty old George. Oddly enough we have a feisty house bunny. He waits for my husband to fall asleep in the chair then he jumps on his lap to wake him up. Funny how I find this so much more fun than my husband does. House bunny's name is Lola (and he's a he). Will try to get a shot of Lola for this challenge.
But I degress ... like the shot of George's revenge. Like the shot of George too. I'll have to catch up on comments soon.
This shot is really nice because it's subject is a smaller part of the shot and really works well with your story. |

Depends On Your Point of Viewby FromacComment: Ahhh, read your photog comments ... snow is good, very good, IMO. I know often they want to deport me for comments like that. I really like your scene. And you're right snow helps, sure does. |

Day 17: Treeby levyj413Comment: Glad you admire trees too. Odd how we have certain things that just appeal to us. I'm not sure which one I like better the original or the edited version.
What I really like about the edited version is how the light appears to be part of the tree now ... and how the lines have disappeared ... and the improved sky. Heck, I guess I prefer the edited version. It must have been a massive effort to get rid of those power lines. |

Day 17 Hospicio Cabañasby ValdoComment: The different heights of the fountain add a nice amount of excitement to a photo of a static building. I think the shot is very well done. The water was captured very well. |
